annapurna is a massif located in the himalayas in north-central nepal.

Annapurna Massif includes the 10th highest mountain in the world – Annapurna I Main (8091m (26545 ft)), thirteen peaks over 7000 m and sixteen more over 6000 m. The ascent of the Annapurna I via the south face is considered, by some, the most difficult of all climbs.
